Do you offer sessions online or offline?

Currently, all sessions are held online via a secure video platform, allowing you to connect from the comfort of your own space. However, in-person, offline sessions will be available soon in Nagpur, India, for those who prefer to meet face-to-face.

Are there trial or free sessions available?

I do not offer free full-length therapy sessions, but I do provide a free 15-minute consultation call that you can book here. This is a great opportunity for us to meet, discuss what you are looking for, and answer any questions you might have before you commit to booking prepaid sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Because your session time is reserved exclusively for you, cancelling at the last minute means I am unable to offer that slot to someone else who might need it, so the session will be charged in full.

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can reschedule your session as long as you give at least 24 hours' notice, which guarantees your spot can be moved. If a genuine emergency comes up at the last minute, I will always do my best to accommodate a one-off change if my schedule allows, though this cannot be guaranteed.

How many sessions will I need?

There is no one-size-fits-all answer because the length of therapy depends entirely on your unique situation and what you want to achieve. Some clients see meaningful progress in just a few weeks, while others choose to stay longer to work through deeper patterns. We will discuss this together during our first session and check in regularly to make sure the pace feels right for you.

What if I don't know what to talk about?

It is completely natural to feel hesitant or unsure of where to start. If diving into deep personal topics feels too intense right away, we can begin exactly where you are. You might choose to talk about your day-to-day routine, a small interaction that stayed with you, or even your goals for therapy. There is absolutely no pressure to perform or share more than you are ready for.

Will you take sides in our relationship?

I do not take sides because in relational counseling, the relationship itself is the client. I maintain a careful balance of warmth and directness with both partners, ensuring the space remains neutral, safe, and focused on healthy communication rather than judgment.

What if my partner doesn't want to come?

While joint work is a common goal, you can still find immense value in attending alone. Individual sessions allow us to focus on your personal experiences, helping you understand your own relational patterns and gain the clarity needed to navigate your connections and move forward.

Are sessions available on the weekends?

Yes, I do offer weekend sessions. However, these are limited to select spots on Sundays to accommodate busy schedules, so it is best to book them in advance if you require a weekend appointment.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, everything we discuss is completely confidential. The only exceptions to this rule are rare circumstances where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, or if required by a court of law, which we will chat through fully during our first meeting.
